In order to make the implementation of our products as easy as possible for our clients, we provide a comprehensive range of installation and training services.
Installation
Our installation service includes installing Blueprint on up to 3 workstations. We will also set up Users and Printers. We advise that you make sure that a member of your internal IT support team is available, if applicable, so that we can tutor them on the set-up of the application.
Installation of Blueprint on Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Terminal Server and various other server options are also available, implementation time-scales will vary depending on the type of installation.
We are happy to supply installation services which exceed the above specification and our Business Consultants will advise you on how best to proceed.
Training
Blueprint has been designed to be as easy-to-use as possible. However we do recommend that the new user take advantage of one of our specially designed introductory training courses.
