Moving over from another company secretarial system has never been easier. We are able to perform automatic data conversions from all of our main competitor products, so you start to use the additional functionality and ease of use offered by Blueprint 2000 with all of your existing corporate information. Data input – from Companies House
If you’re new to secretarial software, then your corporate information is likely to be stored in hard copy. To save you the job of manually inputting all that information into your new Blueprint 2000 Company Secretary system, we can supply the software with some of the data already entered.
There are two options, covering different amounts of information. Our business
consultant can explain the costs involved.

*Please note that dates of appointment will be entered as 01/01/1800 unless the appointment has occurred after the last Annual Return was filed. Actual appointment dates will then need to be added from your own manual records.
** Please note that current shareholder information will be entered as opening balances as at 01/01/1800 unless changes have occurred subsequent to the last Annual Return being filed. Actual allotment dates will then need to be added from your own manual records.
