are available throughout the system and specific wizards are available
within the appropriate sections e.g. within the Officers screen, you
have the Appoint, Resign, Replace, Removal etc of the Officers wizard.

"Pending facility" on transactions means you can produce paperwork
for events in the future, or for events where you may not know all
of information prior to meeting a client, then it can be tracked until

make changes to the event before finalising OR delete the transaction
from the Pending Spool, if the transaction is no longer relevant.

coding make finding information easy.

The ability to create ‘Sets’ and ‘Batches’ of Companies, Corporates

Extensive “Compliance” date checking, both in text and graphic format.
The graphical Calendar planner allows users to organise work that
needs to be completed with regard to Accounts, AGMs and Annual Returns,
and ensures deadlines are met.
This can be filtered to specific Managers/partners or teams, to indicate
responsibility and identify busy periods.

Pro-active reporting of AGMs, Accounts and Annual Return due or Overdue.
Reminder messages via your email system, can be sent to the people
responsible for filing statutory documentation e.g. Manager, Partner
or both., This is achieved using the Blueprint AutoReminder module*
and is a major safeguard against missing critical dates.

Address Manager – Utility to organise, group and resolve duplicated
address details, allow resolution of typographical errors. Allows
users to view entities that use a particular address.

Move History – Allows Corporates or Individuals to be combined, therefore,
resolving duplication.
System Defaults can be set-up in advance to speed-up data entry.
For example you can pre-define for different company types e.g. Limited by Shares, PLC, Dormant or Guarantee companies (Multi-jurisdictional);
- Common addresses to be used when creating companies e.g. Registered, Trading, Presenter, Auditor and Accountants addresses.
- Whether particular Elective resolutions are in force for AGM’s, Appointment of
Auditors or Accounts at AGM’s.

Documentation
All documents are produced automatically as you complete the transaction.
Seamless links to your Windows word processor for all document output. As paperwork is produced, it will automatically take you to the document in your word processor where you can add and amend it.
Multiple Minutes are all merged into one document.
Production of the appropriate minutes whether Notice, Minutes and Resolutions or Minutes by Written Resolution, can all quickly be generated.
All document templates can be amended in your Windows word processor, templates can be assigned globally for ALL companies or on a per-jurisdiction or even per-company basis.
Automatic links to your email system. * Produce a document and then Email it.
Design your own reports using your Windows word processor or via Crystal Reports. Existing templates can be easily copied within the database to create “New” reports, which can be amended by the Users or with the help of the Blueprint Support Team.
Data is EASILY and automatically accessible from other programs (eg Microsoft Word/Excel).
The program utilises the Microsoft Office 2000 Animated Wizards - they talk to you and advise on how to do things, or advise when you have tried to do something wrong (however, the speech can be turned off).
Forms
Can be Emailed and Edited in true WYSIWYG format via industry-standard editing within Adobe Acrobat.
Far greater range of forms available within the application (UK, Eire, South Africa and Mauritius, Isle of Man, New York), with more planned in the future in other jurisdictions e.g. Channel Islands, Gibraltar and the USA.
Specific Features
Share Certificates are maintained with options to reprint, consolidate and issue Balancing certificates far more effectively.
A Net dividend (usually for Ordinary shares) OR a Gross dividend (usually for Preference shares) can easily be produced.
Electronic Filing
Module available that:
Provides the ‘latest’ method of Electronic Filing with Companies House via Internet Mail.
Allows for multiple presenters within the same organisation, also for Default signatories to be assigned on a per company basis, which is picked up when documents are signed.

Schedule 5 Reporting
Beneficial Owners of Shares
This feature allows Beneficial Owners of shares to be recorded at share transaction level, alongside the Registered Holder.
Maintain Multiple Group Structures
· Based on Legal or Beneficial ownership (derived from Share categories and transactions) and any User- defined Group structures created by users.
· Graphical display of Group structure within the application, which can be printed, emailed or viewed via Blueprint Charting module, by exporting to the graphical organisation charting package, Visio.
Multiple database support
· Standard database supplied is Jet (MS Access format) but Microsoft SQL
server (v7.0 and 2000) is supported and an Oracle (v8.0i)
version will be available soon.
· MS SQL server and Oracle provide greater flexibility and stability for large databases or databases frequently used by multiple users due to their greater network reliability. These environments also offer more reliable connectivity and a preferred path for IT departments.
Extensive Security
· Easy to assign User Roles within the application (Administrator, Read-Only and Standard users) plus any user-defined roles.
· Security Groups – define which Groups of Companies, Corporates and Individuals a user can access.
· Simple to follow - Integrated backup utility (when utilised on a regular basis gives added piece of mind).

Data Merge and Demerge
· Utilities available to Merge and De-merge information into/from databases on a per company basis or groups of companies.

Installation and Training
Installation and training will be done within four to six weeks of your order being received. During installation, we convert your data ‘on-site’; a conversion log file is produced detailing the processes undertaken. We also confirm that the software is configured properly.
The Installation includes a one-hour overview of the software*. However, if you have decided to purchase other modules to operate with Blueprint 2000, the process will take slightly longer than this.
Note*
We recommend that all new clients have ‘detailed’ training to ensure they get the most that Blueprint 2000 can offer, this type of training can be done just before or after installation or, time allowing, even on the same day.
After a period of approximately one month, we advise that you have a follow-up training session to cover any questions that arise or advanced features available within the product, how to customise templates etc.
The migration from Blueprint to Blueprint 2000 Company Secretary is a ‘smooth transition’.
