With BRM, a review administrator initiates the review process by selecting companies that need to be reviewed. The review process can be as regular as required, although it is typically set up annually. A review can be set up in as many ways as you like by the review administrator. It can be set up for a particular country, by who manages the company, by batch and more.
BRM then notifies designated reviewers via an automatically created email, that they are required to review the data within assigned company(s) and verify the information is complete and accurate. The automatically created email is completely customizable for individual company needs.
The automatically created email contains a hyperlink to a list of companies that the reviewer is responsible for and that are due for review. The reviewer must complete the process by “signing-off” on each record to confirm the validity of the information.
Once the reviewer “signs-off” on the review, BRM triggers an email to the review administrator outlining all companies that were reviewed.
