We offer both desktop and Internet-based products that are database independent for maximum scalability. Full multi-jurisdictional support means that our users can automatically produce the right statutory paperwork regardless of the jurisdiction of the company they are working on. Multi-jurisdictional support is achieved without the need to have to log out of one data set and then log in to a new one. Users simply specify the Company jurisdiction when adding a new company, for the system to then automatically perform the right compliance checks and produce the correct paperwork for that jurisdiction.

Our new electronic filing module ensures that our users can take full advantage of the electronic filing functionality now being offered by many of the world's statutory filing bodies. 

We were the first UK software house to offer a completely new “born on the web” application, giving users in global institutions the ability to perform their compliance work in a multi-national, multi-office environment, by simply using a web browser and the Internet. However, we recognise that the Internet is still a maturing environment and many of our uses may not want to give up the feature-rich functionality of their desktop applications for the promised utopia of Internet-based products. In these situations, users are able uniquely, by using our new Blueprint Server application, to mix both desktop and updateable Internet applications within the same IT environment 

A new Incorporation module that allows for both ‘paper-based’ and ‘electronic’ incorporations, further enhances our product range. Again, this product is multi-jurisdictional giving users the ability to incorporate companies, regardless of the jurisdiction.

We view the development of our software solutions as an ongoing quest to deliver new features and functionality that really make a difference to our users, injecting even more versatility and user-friendliness into our products as the technology to do so improves.

Finally, we recognise that for some users, the ASP model (Application Service Provider) whereby, we host all of the applications and users simply access their secure data over the Internet, on a per-company basis, may well offer a more suitable method of working and ensuring maximum ‘up’ time of software applications. To meet these requirements, we offer our Blueprint RemoteServer service. Simply tell us how many companies you need to work with, ‘point’ your computer via the Internet at our server, and you will have all of the applications you need for performing your company secretarial and compliance work online and completely up-to-date.
