Global Reach - Local Presence

We believe that having a software application that can be used globally for the recording and reporting of corporate information, is only part of the service our that users should expect. Local support and the knowledge that your supplier has the resources to maintain the software and ensuring it complies with local legislation must surely be just as critical.

To this end, ICSA Software has local support and Client Account Managers, strategically placed throughout the globe, to ensure that users of our software have local support available to them where, and when, they need it.

Being part of The ICSA (a global organisation responsible for the training and standards of company secretaries throughout the world) ensures that we are constantly kept up-to-date with any changes in legislation that are likely to affect our software or our users. We ensure that any such changes are implemented within our software in a timely manner, and passed onto our users to ensure that they remain fully compliant. Since Blueprint OneWorld is a Web-based application, installing these updates is simply a case of updating the server, and does not require updates on the individual desktop machines.
