The Support Teams
Each product has a dedicated support team, made up of people selected, not only for their technical ability, but also for their communication skills. We know that not all of our clients are technical experts so you will not hear complicated IT jargon when you call our Support Line.

Whatever your query, our support team is available in Sydney during business hours in Australia (Eastern zone) to advise you. We also understand that our clients are often working to tight deadlines so we ensure that, if we can not answer your query immediately, we will call you back within 4 working hours. Our Support Teams are also responsible for compiling our product manuals and on-line Help systems. This ensures that the support in your office is relevant to any difficulties you may face.
