We are especially pleased to be the first global supplier of corporate
record management software to be able to offer "true" local
support at both sides of the Atlantic. Our support calls go directly to
where we say they do, not diverted to out-of-state or out-of-country support
centres. This can be particularly important when a support issue needs
a real presence at your offices, in a timely manner.
All of our support centres have teams (not just one) of qualified dedicated
personnel available locally to assist you. It's the ICSA difference. None
of our 24/5 support contacts will be routed to a different support centre.
