De-Centralised Entry - Centralised Control
Because Blueprint OneWorld is a web-based application, its data is stored
in one central location. This information is then available anywhere in
the world on a view, update and report basis.
However,
global access does not mean that you lose control over what is being added
or amended within your corporate database. Security control allows you
to specify authorities to particular users, ensuring only those users
you want to have access, do.
'Pending Approval - transactional processing', further ensures that users
who have update authority can still be forced automatically and electronically,
to have their transaction 'approved', before it is allowed to be updated
to the core database records.
